Frameless kitchens and baths for apartment communities, mixed-use developments, and build-to-rent. Every door and every drawer closes soft — in the model unit and in unit 412 — and every box is built in our Mesa, Arizona facility.
Built for Multi-Unit
Multi-unit work punishes inconsistency. A finish that drifts between production runs, a hinge that needs adjusting at every turnover, a vanity that doesn't clear the plumbing on half the stacks — those are the details that hold up a certificate of occupancy.
Azeta engineers the package once, proves it in the model unit, then repeats it exactly. Same door program, same hardware, same finish batch discipline, from the first floor to the last.
Kitchens
Frameless construction gives you the full interior width of every cabinet — meaningfully more usable storage than a face-frame box of the same footprint. In a 640-square-foot one-bedroom, that is the difference residents actually notice.
The European Difference
On most multifamily jobs, soft-close is the line item that gets value-engineered out of the B-stack. We don't build it that way. Concealed European hinges with integrated dampers and full-extension steel drawer runners are standard on every Azeta cabinet we ship — the studio and the penthouse get the same hardware.
It is also the cheapest way to protect the asset. Doors that catch and settle instead of slamming don't chip, don't rack, and don't generate a work order at every turnover. Across a ten-year hold, that is the difference between refacing a building and wiping it down.
Engineered, Not Assembled
Frameless cabinetry is a system of tolerances. Hinge cup bores, shelf pin spacing, edge banding, the reveal between doors — all held to millimeter tolerance so a door hung on floor two behaves exactly like a door hung on floor eleven. That repeatability is what makes a 300-unit install go in clean.
It is also what keeps the cabinetry photographing well three years after lease-up. Consistent reveals, no telegraphing frames, and finished interiors — because in an apartment kitchen, the inside of the cabinet gets seen every single day.
Bathrooms
Bath vanities are where multifamily packages usually come apart — the drawer hits the trap, the toe kick fights the tile, the finish doesn't match the kitchen. We draw every vanity against your actual rough-in, with a finish program coordinated to the kitchen so the unit reads as one design.
Accessibility
Your accessible units aren't a compliance afterthought — they're apartments somebody is going to live in. Azeta produces ADA and Type A / Type B adaptable kitchen and bath cabinetry in the same finishes, the same door program, and the same soft-close hardware as the rest of the building.
Removable or knee-space sink bases with protected plumbing, work surfaces at accessible heights, and repositionable base sections.
Knee- and toe-clearance vanities with insulated or offset supply and drain, and clear floor space maintained at the fixture.
Full-extension soft-close drawers that bring the back of the cabinet forward, keeping contents inside accessible reach range.
Pulls specified to be operable with a closed fist — no tight grasping, pinching, or wrist twisting required.
Elevations and clearance diagrams issued for every accessible unit type, so architect, GC, and reviewer work from one drawing.
An accessible unit should look like every other unit on the floor plan — because it should lease like every other unit.
Made in the USA
For thirty years the trade-off in European cabinetry was the wait — and lately, the tariff. Azeta removed both. Every cabinet on your job is manufactured at our facility in Mesa, Arizona, on European machinery, to European tolerances, by people you can call.
